WHAT IS THE TREEHOUSE?
You are here because…
-
You love your work but have found that working solo can be lonely, which doesn’t always suit you
-
You work with a range of clients and while most sessions flow beautifully there are others that leave you feeling unsettled and questioning
-
You are well-trained but the courses are over and there is no-one holding you as you navigate the work in the real (and currently challenging) world.
-
You miss the support, connection and sense of community you experienced when you were held in training.
-
You don’t have an obvious place to take concerns, disturbances or fears about clients, your sessions or your wider practice.
-
You sometimes feel less than in a crowded marketplace and in these moments your confidence can dwindle.
-
You want to grow and create more impact in your work but don’t always have the energy to continually self-generate all that requires.
It’s a lot to hold alone.
The Treehouse takes you from ...

solo practitioner holding all the threads - committed to your work, hard-working, self-motivating but sometimes unsure if you are always doing the right thing ...

To ...

supported practitioner able to expand - with that full feeling of support and solidity at your back and access to the wider wisdom of those in your field.

In the Treehouse, we will hold you so you can hold others
A space for you to unpack the things that stay with you and get support to explore and try out wiser ways of working so you can grow responsibly, sustainably and profitably and create the impact that called you to your work in the first place.

Imagine...

A space where you can bring the challenges, questions, fears, ideas and parts of your work that you usually hold alone or try to squeeze into business communities, trainings or personal relationships that don’t really have enough room for them.

Regular (supervision) space to unpack the things that stay with you vs you trying to find someone who will listen to (and truly understand) your work woes.

Access to wider wisdom from 2 professionals, Sophie Brigstocke and Cat Moyle, who have been in the business for 40+ years - vs a generic guidance from someone (often less qualified than you) who doesn't intimately know your industry and what it takes to do the work you do.

A thoughtfully and cleanly-held intimate container for you to really lean into with your whole self vs somewhere you spend months deciding whether you can safely share.

A space to bring the realities of doing your work in these times vs a training that didn’t prepare you for holding space in these challenging times.

The golden inspiration that comes from witnessing others in your field share openly and generously vs having to do all the heavy lifting yourself.

A place to confidently hone the kind of practice that is deeply aligned with who you are vs a programme that guides you to follow a current trend

A place to grow responsibly, sustainably and with compassion for yourself vs rawdogging it in a business world that just wants to squeeze you and your clients.

A unique chance to be with practitioners who approach space-holding from a range of perspectives so you can broaden your view of what's possible.

The Treehouse is that space

This is for you if ...
Your calling is to hold space for others and these complex times make you even more committed to that calling.

You care deeply about your work and are always horizon-scanning for the methods and practices that can hold clients safely and well whether you are hot off your latest training or a seasoned practitioner.
You are busy juggling all the balls and you don’t have enough time to reflect in a way that you know would be helpful for your sanity and the health of your practice.

You are a human above all with your own ups, downs, patterns and passions - and you know managing yourself well will have an impact on how you show up for your people.

You hold a lot, but there is a quiet cost of doing it all alone and these times call for the strength of togetherness and the love of community.

It’s time to be well supported out in the world so you can do the work that you know is world-changing.

Why YOU have put this off

You have found ways to “cope with” the challenging parts of your job and you are used to DIYing your way through the changes you make to your practice - you ask those you trained with or have been coached alongside for advice when it’s hard, and occasionally your Mum, partner or ChatGPT

Mostly you just try to figure it out / hold it all yourself - and anyway you don’t have loads of spare time or perhaps even the funds for an expensive mentor.

Fine, right? The truth is it takes vital life force to always figure things out on your own.
Over time you can start to feel like you have taken on too much by choosing this profession.
Having a space to navigate your boundaries will keep you from all that mental questioning.

Having a community of peers will show you what is possible without having to muster it all from your imagination (or worse by second guessing how those on IG do it)

Having somewhere to talk about your work and listen to others will bolster your confidence to attend to the challenging parts of your work.

Being supported in supervision by those who have been there will get you where you desire faster and down fewer dead ends.

This is a foundational pillar that stops you having to hold everything up yourself and means you can serve from a stable base.

Because (and here’s the tough love) you cannot single-handedly hold the expansion required to hold others in these times without community and support.

The Treehouse is the community committed to supporting you to do your part!

What makes The Treehouse different?
It is a post-training home in an unregulated industry

The Treehouse answers the question “Where do I go with this once the training ends?”

It:
acknowledges the reality of unregulated work
-
normalises the need for ongoing reflection -
offers continuity rather than escalation

It is supervision that centres the human, not the performance
Most spaces that call themselves “support” still quietly reward confidence, certainty, clarity, polish, answers.
The Treehouse does the opposite.
What makes this special is that:

uncertainty is welcome
-
disturbance is expected -

not knowing is treated as information, not failure

This is not about sharpening your brand, scaling your practice, or fixing perceived inadequacy. It is about staying in integrity and taking care of yourself while doing deeply relational work.
The Treehouse offers you a place to be met.
Supervision as resourcing not assessment.

The sturdiness of The Treehouse is in the community it creates.
A practical, online space between live supervision sessions to share, connect, ask questions.
The bonds that form in the listening, in the honesty, in the shared (but not always same) care that is offered from those here.
In the understanding of what it takes to do this work.
