The best coaching sessions I have experienced in my life are the ones where I was supported to see things from a different perspective, one that I wasn’t able to access alone.  They are the ones where I was able to identify what was behind the thoughts and feelings, often several layers deep.  They are the sessions where I had massive lightbulb moments about my thoughts, feelings, behaviours or actions.  I have transformed my relationship with myself and with others. I have taken brave, bold steps forward into a life which feels so much more aligned, authentic, loving and fun!

I adore coaching – both being on the receiving end and offering it to my clients. One of my superpowers is being able to see potential in people and nurture them towards realising it and way more!  I hold loving, safe spaces for people to explore aspects of themselves, to dare to be vulnerable and make courageous decisions about what their next steps are.  I am passionate about helping people to connect with their power.  It’s so exciting to watch someone realise what is important, what motivates them and think about who they want to be.

Trauma, in it’s simplest terms, is about unprocessed emotion. With any event or memory, big or small, if the emotions don’t have the chance to process fully (for whatever reason) then the memory can continue to bubble up in the form of flashbacks and nightmares (commonly experienced by those with PTSD), or, as I have experienced myself and with clients, in the form of low self-esteem, repeating patterns of behaviour or thought (usually less than positive) and/or mental health challenges.

​Eye Movement Desensitising and Reprocessing is regarded as one of the best and most evidence-based practices for the processing and healing of trauma, troubling memories or past experiences that continue to impact you in a negative way.  Using bilateral stimulation (often eye movements or tapping) the brain starts to process the emotions associated with the memories and beliefs you have about yourself until the memory can be stored in the long-term memory bank, rather than continuing to come up and affect you on a regular basis.  A new, positive belief can be installed at the end of the session, so that although you remember the past events, the way you feel about yourself in relation to them is very different. The practice can be done in person or online.

Why EMDR?

I came to EMDR quite late in my healing journey.  By the time I experienced EMDR I had done years of therapy, coaching, somatic and energetic work.  

I had shifted loads of stuff that was impacting me negatively, however there were some really deeply ingrained core beliefs or wounds that just wouldn’t budge.  They kept bubbling up to the surface and impacting my health, relationships and most importantly, my sense of self.  In just a few EMDR sessions I was supported to recognise what some of those core beliefs were, without having to trawl through deep and painful memories recounting and recalling traumatic events, and come away feeling like something significant had lifted.  

 

I felt better about myself.  

 

What’s more exciting is that as time went past I noticed that I wasn’t reacting to situations as I would have in the past – the familiar surge of anxiety I experienced in the past just wasn’t there – I was able to be far more present and able to deal with things calmly and rationally.  EMDR has been game-changing for me.  I love how the technique works, how quick the change can be and how empowering it is.

How I Work

My initial package consists of 10 sessions. Prior to doing any processing we work together to better understand your history and what you are hoping to shift.  We also focus on building strong resources and grounding techniques, including breathwork, to use both during processing and at home.  We create a treatment plan together, with flexibility built in. The sessions can be a blend of EMDR, Breathwork and coaching, depending on what feels most aligned for you.  Each session is 60-90 minutes long and can be in-person at my home in SW London, or online. Sessions are to be used within a 6-month window. 

 

The cost of the initial package is £1111 (payment plans available)

Beyond the initial package clients can book individual sessions as required, or a further block of sessions at a reduced rate.

STEP INTO YOUR POWER

A Step Into Your Power day is your opportunity to work 1-2-1 with me in person – a personalised day-long retreat inviting renewed confidence, strength and determination to take powerful steps forward in your life. Tailor-made to your needs, this day will invite connection with yourself on different levels – energetic, somatic, sub-conscious and conscious (my four pillars of recovery and healing).  We will have an online session before to help prepare the most powerful day possible, and one after to check in and keep you connected with your newly-discovered power! My intention for the day is for you to find a love for yourself that wasn’t there before and leave with a clear vision of the steps you want to take ahead. 

Step Into Your Power days are offered in-person (we can discuss location options) and will include lunch, tea and snacks.  There may be opportunities beyond the day for overnight accommodation, complementary therapies or treatments and further meals  (at an additional cost)

BEYOND THE ROADBLOCKS

Beyond the Roadblocks is my group coaching programme, helping you to move past the blocks in your path, the things that are holding you back.  Over 12 weeks you will be guided to explore different aspects of yourself.  You can help yourself, with my support, to realise what unique skills and abilities you have within you.  You can get absolute clarity about what you stand for, who you want to serve and how.  You will be supported to let go of those pesky stories and beliefs that no longer serve you and you will come away, not only with a clear idea of the steps to take, but also with a group of people around you who will champion you and hold you accountable.  Wherever you are on your personal journey if you are feeling stuck, uninspired, self-doubting or lacking in confidence then Beyond the Roadblocks is for you.  I want everyone, especially those who love helping others, to realise their potential, be sharing their skills, talent and brilliance because it is much needed in this world of ours.   

The cost of Beyond the Roadblocks is £999 (or 3 monthly payments of £349)
