Service Description
Details Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful practice - one that is done lying down, breathing through an open mouth (unless there are contraindications) in a flowing, continuous rhythm for approximately 20-25 minutes before going into integration. Sophie offers guidance throughout the session with the aim of providing a really safe, nurturing space. She also offers alternative practices for those who have contraindications or who are looking for a gentler experience. Instructions Please make sure you are somewhere private and undisturbed. You will need space to lie down, so either make sure you have a yoga mat or bed/couch. You may want a blanket, headphones, eye mask, water, journal and pen. Those attending for the first time will be asked to sign a waiver. If you have a medical condition and are under the regular care of a doctor then do seek advice before attending a Breathwork class. Sessions start promptly and there will be no admittance once we start the breathe, so please be punctual.
