This is for you if spend most of your time in your head, running on adrenaline, giving to everyone else - this is the practice that asks you to pause ... just for a few minutes. You don't need experience. All you need is somewhere to sit or lie down where you will be undisturbed. This practice has helped me in airport terminals, busy shopping malls and crowded transport.
